Map of the upper half of the River Trails. Actually I Was Here. You are at your computer. Burns Park had a nice golf course that the trails went past and Cooks Landing is at a lock and dam on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. A new bicycle pedestrian bridge is proposed to be built there in the future, but until then, there is not a good way to cross the River.
